Believe it or not, this is part of your new laundry room! No one likes chores, so we thought to take the edge off and design this room to feel comfortable and more like a living space than a work room.

The carpet is industrial grade utility carpet and rated for heavy traffic and water application. We designed the laundry room in an "L" shape for maximum utility. What you see (left) is the door to the garage and the extra space opposite the machine area, which is fantastic for airing fine clothes, extra storage, or stowing outdoor and recreational gear.

Designed with ample space for any size or style machines there is a huge amount of room to move around regardless of your preference. A conveniently placed utility sink makes wash up a snap.

This room is fantastic for motorcycle or RV gear. You just walk in from the garage, strip down, wash up, and throw your clothes in the machine and presto...one stop clean up!

Just through the Laundry Room door is the cleanest garage you've ever owned! More like a show room, your Garage features painted floors and walls, upgraded lighting and electrical, separate parking and storage areas, and a double insulated power remote garage door.

An inset wall (above) makes keeping an additional refrigerator and freezers handy and out of the way. Two daylight windows provide additional light for safety and convenience.

Storage! Storage! Storage! In the Storage Area of your new home (left) there is enough space for 100 storage tubs, a full size storage cabinet, every tool imaginable, and six motorcycles! For a hobbyist or tinkerer, this is a dream space. It's well lit, clean, and indoors so your project is convenient and protected in hobby heaven.
