Master Bath

Your new bathroom comes with furniture! Twin Barcelona Mahogany Vanities (left) featured in the Master Bath are authentic European style wood furniture with solid black granite tops, undermount china sinks, and Olde Style Pump Facucets and are set upon a tile pedasral. The barrel design of the vanities offer ample amounts of under sink storage.




A large Glass Front Storage Closet (center left) provides an abundance of additional storage space for towels, linens, clothing, supplies, and toiletries. Glass doors let you find what your looking for at a glance.

The oversized soaking tub in the Master Bath is adorned with authentic draperies vinyl backed for water resistance. The shower is custom tiled with inlaid mosaic and featuers Price Pfister hardware with a pressure-balanced downpour showerhead in brushed nickel finish. The fully functional sealed vinyl window is the perfect feature allowing you the comfort of natural light and the pleasure of bathing in the fresh air.

 Main Floor Washroom

The Main Floor Washroom (left) also features a Round Mahogany Vessel Sink Vanity backed by a countertop-to-celing Beveled Edged Mirror. The oversized mirror introduces additional light and creates an open feeling to this room.

The original porcelin soaking tub (lower right) was left for authenticity. The shower and flooring were replaced with Italian Tile and inset with inlaid accents. This shower is also custom fitted with Price Pfister hardware with a pressure balanced downpour showerhead in brushed nickel finish. Designer draperies cover the archway into the tub giving this washroom the feeling of real living space.

A variable speed miniature wooden celing fan was installed as the perfect finishing touch providing form, funtion, and originality.

The tiled floor is patterened with an inlaid area rug design. Splashed water and clean ups are a breeze with this beautifully designed floor.
